Covid-19 Safety Precautions for IV Therapy & More

We’re happy to be back up and running, treating our Toronto clients to wellness and holistic beauty treatments at our IV therapy and naturopathic clinic. We can’t wait to see you and help you look and feel your best!  Your safety is our top priority

That's why we have updated our protocols to ensure you have the safest and most comfortable treatment. We're here to boost your health and wellness - and we're taking every precaution possible to make sure our clinic is as safe and clean as possible.

Our New Covid-19 Health Protocols Include:

  1. Limited hours: In order to make sure we can keep our clinic safe and clean, with limited patients, we've minimized our hours.

  2. Limited Capacity: We’ve staggered our appointments and are limiting capacity. That way, we can minimize contact between each patient and allow for 2 meters of physical distancing, when needed. To help us adhere to physical distancing guidelines we ask that you do not bring any additional persons with you to your appointment (such as children, spouses, relatives and friends).

  3. Mandatory Face Masks: We are asking all patients to wear a face-mask or face covering for the safety of our staff and other patients.

  4. Restricting Walk-Ins: We’re no longer taking walk-ins to ensure our waiting area is safe and physical distancing guidelines are followed.

  5. Checking Temperatures: Contactless infra-red temperature checks will be conducted on all patients at the door and anyone with a fever will not currently be admitted inside our IV therapy and wellness clinic.

  6. Masks, Face Shields & Other Protective Gear: To ensure the safety of bot hour staff and patients, all Timeless Health Clinic Staff members will be wearing face masks, face shields and gloves.

  7. Sanitization Measures: All equipment and high touch surfaces are being sanitized between each use. 

  8. Free Rescheduling: If you have recently traveled or are feeling unwell, please let us know by phone and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
